Quick issue, recently downgraded my other n3ds 9.9 to 9.2 in preparation for a cfw transfer to my other 3ds and when attempting to launch decrypt9 via hbl (have tried 2 entry points) it has copied icon and description from the homebrew above it and when attempting to launch it gives nothing but a red screen on the touch display, any ideas? Have tried running system downgrade again and have also tried reinstalling hbl
