It's for single player.
Those who worry about a ban should not temper with the files or ask for modifications in the first place.

Mods almost exclusively are for single player games when it comes to Nintendo switch.

Not in multiplayer game. If they are sending data about suspicious accounts to Nintendo, they can easily check that you have tempered with game by using telemetry to check your FPS/frametime.

Thanks for the info i do use overclock for almost 1y on dbd and didn't got banned yet but yeah i def stay away from the cheat lol
