I wrote a simple Front End for the squires tool.
Personally I found it didn't work as advertised and would either list all the game saves or none.

Just extract the two files into the same dir as the squires exe. Don't rename any of the files at all, and it should work fine.

All the directories and filenames are hard coded into the app.
You'll also need the .net runtime files.

Download - Via FileFront

Edit: Paste the proper file link.

I found the same thing ... I wasn't impressed, to be honest ... I expect it will improve in later versions, though ...

Any reasonable person would expect improvements in later versions. I'm surprised there hasn't been a later version released already. Sure, I'm impatient, I'll admit it.

I'd love to see the source code. It'd be nice to be able to add the code into my app, so it does native decrypting, rather than having to rely on the squires app.
I had a quick look at the Datel saves, but I really couldn't be bothered trying to dig into it too much. I figured if Datel could hack the Wii signing, then there's a good chance that their encryption would probably be beyong my coding skills.
