Hacking Datel Action Replay Powersaves enough for header extraction?

Since I'm planning to extract a header myself using the game Madden NFL 11 (cheapest game I could find) I was wonder if the Datel Action Replay is the only power save out there or is it the wrong one to use to extract headers with?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
