I have a Wii U 32GB mario kart 8 bundle from 2015.
Recently I have been unable to access the Internal Memory on the Data Management, it gets stuck in the "Preparing" screen and I am forced to reboot the console.
I have installed in the Internal Memory Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8 game and DLC, Haxchi, Paper Mario 64 VC, Homebrew Channel. Right now the internal memory has around 200MB of free space.
All games work normally, no problem in the save files too. Haxchi and all Homebrew Apps work normally as well.
I have searched for a fix to this problem and read that installing 100MB, or sometimes even less, could solve it. So I tried and installed the Cruchroll app on the eShop (94MB, app plus update), but the problem persists.
I have the NAND backup, from 11 months ago when I installed the CFW, and extract it to run on Cemu.
Only 1 error was present in the dumping:
Error: Failed to read "usr\save\system\boss\80000007\task.db"
The System Settings worked normally and I was able to enter the Data Management on Cemu.
So I copied and extratted the current NAND and this time several errors appeared:

So erased and replaced the save of Mario Kart 8 (title 1010ec00), but the problem persists.
I also tried to run this current NAND on Cemu and I was unable to open the System Settings, Cemu just crashed.
With all this information I believe the problem is the files of the System Settings, probably the Play Log.
So, what can I do to solve this?
1)Ignore the problem and just use redNAND ou External Storage (I have never used any External Storage in the console)
2)Do a Factory Reset.
3)Replace the files for the System Settings with FTPiiu everywhere.
4)Replace the current NAND with the first, but since I can still run Haxchi and every application can I do it without the Hardware Mod?
