Some of my games are giving me the data corruption error. Will this spread to the rest of my games/data? Whats the best way to fix this?

crash your switch , run some app that crashes it do full reboot usually fixes this shit for me.
happens at least 1 time every few months
For example i just run wolfd3d port that seems to crash every time that does it for me.
the problem usually manifests for me saying that most of my installed games take up 0 space on the men card then i know its time for this "fix"

So I format the SD n my pc? so I have to copy and paste the contents of my SD card to my PC, format, then copy and paste back to the SD card? Is that the process so I dont loss my stuff?
