Unfortunately, my physical copy of the game gets around 20-30fps 1080p. 60fps on PS4/X1.

I have it. It's definitely not 60fps, but it does have the improved textures and lightning from the ps4 and xbox one versions.

yeah i have the game and the cover is just like that it says an hellish resolution and 60 fps, they just false advertised the game, if anyone cares to sue them the game will be pushed from every store.
What a petty reason to sue somebody.

false advertising is everything but a pety reason, if people could put fake stuff on every packaging it would be chaotic.
Zelda Breath of the Wild box states that you can use Classic Controller Pro, Wiimotes and Wiimotes/Nunchucks but you can't really use them in game? Should i sue Nintendo for what was a printing mistake?

lol of course you can imagine you buy a tv becuase it says it displays 4k or 3D and then its only a standard hd tv are you fine with that? if companys could put whatever they want being true or not it would be chaos everyone would be cheated left and right, hey i bought a smartphone with a octocore 2.0ghz and the phone only had a qaudcore 2.0 ghz im guessin you would be fine with that even tough the box and advertisements totaly folled you?

Protecting the consumer rights is no small deal, i garante you that anyone can sue them for some decent some of money on what they did same for every false advertisement on any game.

Do not waste your time on this game, I played all the way till the black throne. The room with Azrael crashes a lot when you use the portal gun it's pretty much unplayable when you reach this point.

Playing it right now, only crashed once at the begining of the game, hasn't crashed since then. Heck i think breath of the Wild has crashed more for me than this game.

When buying multi-platform games you should avoid the Wii U version if you can because in most cases it's the most inferior version. It'll be worth next to nothing in resale value. The exceptions here are Need for Speed: Carbon and Sonic & All Stars Racing: Transformed.

And in the future Call of Duty Ghosts and Black Ops 2. I like to think that those who are currently still playing the Wii versions of Call of Duty will eventually want to buy a Wii U. The two games are good ports and include Wiimote support and 2 screen gameplay (albeit with 30fps instead of 60).

Treyarch did a good job when porting the COD games to the Wii U, no gimped ports here.

Wasn't the Wii U version of Arkham Origins superior to the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions?

Edit: Oh sry, wrong game. I don't have Arkham Origins. I only know it doesn't have the map features of Arkham City anymore.

Arkham City:
I've got the game. During fights the framerate takes a beating.
I just bought it because it was cheap (~10€)
Also many players report a game breaking freeze bug during one of the original Harley Flinn DLC missions.
