Ok i need a little help on modding my wii

Your Drive Chip is most likely GC2-D2C.

Your Drive Pins are most likely not cut

So i figure im going to need D2Pro or D2Ckey. But ive searched around and i cant really figure out what the drive pins not being cut means, is this a good thing or is there something extra that i have to do?

Drive legs were only cut on late d2b models. D2C won't have their legs cut.

It may be worth holding off a little, unless you are really comfortable with soldering to legs. Wasabi has been released and is a much simpler install - it does have some problems on certain wiis though. It looks like argon and d2pro will be releasing versions which use wasabi's method soon.

My dad is an electrician and he told me he's used to soldering to small chips, so theres no problem with that. So if i got a D2pro and the flex thing all i would have to do is solder?
