Hacking Cyclo Evolution Tools

So I downloaded Cyclo Evolution Tools for the icons for ROMs and .savs a few months ago
And about a week after it stopped showing them.
So I just remembered about it..

I'll redownload this time, but if it stops working again is there some other way to fix it?

Also, if you don't know about it, it shows the icon for the DS game on your computer.
Such as the EBA icon
