I also posted in the 3DS forums, but I relized this is definately a multi-console thing.
Just click Browse by Device in the upper right corner, and select the category on the left. The amount of supported devices they have is huge, and tbh, they are about the same price as pre-made skins you can find in stores.
I already ordered a custom 3DS skin, which was $15, the same price as they are in stores around me.
And yes, they ship outside of USA too
