Hacking Custom WAD maker?

I want to make my own WADs for my emulators on my Wii. Is it possible to slightly edit the WAD file to change the background and stuff?

customizeMii is only a WAD packer/unpacker. If you want to edit the animated banner, you need to follow that link.
