Homebrew Custom Theme on emuNand + sysNand?

Hey all! I just got a Gateway. How can I re-enable persistent custom themes on my system? After I split emuNand from sysNand, my custom theme that I installed with ninjhax disappeared. How can I get it back?

If I install a custom theme on emunand what are the repercussions.if I update the emunand when a new update arrives will cause issues?

If they are unlinked there should be zero repurcussions. MenuHax is installed on sysNAND only then and you are free to do whatever with emunand.
