Hacking Custom IOS36 rev 08 wad file??

Is there a wad installation file for this? I don't have the internet to install the regular dol file.

Or can someone help me in how to install the this without the internet? Thanks

still no way of doing this offline, wait for the new Multi_cIOS installer from WiiPower..!!

BTW is not allowed to ask for cIOS in .wad format
