Hardware Custom gamecube-style case for NGC Controller adapter?

I'm thinking it might not be too hard to make a custom shell that looks like a flattened NGC and stick a Mayflash or official adapter in it? Then you can stick that thing right next to the NES Classic and SNES Classic you finally got your hands on...

Do a google image search for Wii U Game Cube Skin.

They're already out there....also one for the gcn controller hub for the Wii U is available and it looks pretty cool.

Or you could just buy this third party one and sell your other one.

...well alright. I can just plug it into the usb ports on my Wii U's powered HDD. It will fit in right next to my Wii U, Switch, NES "Crassic" (if it works) and SNES Classic (if I can get my hands on one, or if the Crassic gives me enough faith in a SNES version), and whatever else I get.

Looks amazing but the cables are too short and the price too high
