What are some of the best cult games you guys have played? I recently got into playing some cult games, and my favorite has to be No More Heroes or Deadly Premonition.

Would Golden Sun be considered a cult classic? I just started playing the first GBA Golden Sun about a week ago. I love it! Once I beat it I'll either go on the the next Golden Sun, or the new DS Golden Sun.

Golden Sun really isn't a cult classic. Things like Killer instinct, Jet Set Radio, Breath of Fire, are just some examples of cult classics.

Are you looking for titles on a specific console or just all around cult classics. If you really want cult classic just get a Dreamcast (or an emulator) since it's just driveled in them.

Golden Sun is the near opposite of a cult classic.

A cult video game is a video game that does not possess mainstream appeal. Cult does not mean that such a game has a dedicated fanbase, but instead that the game's design is so different that only people with a certain taste show interest. This often heightens the game's appeal to certain non-gamers.

My faves... hmm... Braid, Okami, LocoRoco, Earthbound, Psychonauts, Grim Fandango, Beyond Good And Evil, and Phantasy Star (at least back then when it was not so hyped).

Woah, I seriously had the definition of cult classic wrong! Sorry.
