You can still dump your tickets using Decrypt9 and re-install them using FBI. As well when you dump your NAND (WHICH YOU FUCKING SHOULD MAKE A BACKUP!!) and restore it after installing A9LH, it will restore your previous tickets.

Yup, only 2 problems are

1. lastest stable Luma3DS have a problem with HBL on 11.3 on Clock option on N3DS. You need to disable it before booting to HBL on N3DS.
2. a few games featuring stuttering.

But, the update that fixing these problems will come soon, don't worry.

thanks for fast reply, i have o3DS OFW 11.2, and am planning to follow the guide to install luma, so i should be safe after updating to 11.3 when i finish all the steps right?, luma is the best CFW for now or should i use something else, as if i updated to 11.3 am not sure i can use anything else then

Luma is the best CFW for most, and once you complete that guide you can safely update
