Hacking CTRTransfer from o3DS to n3DS?

So in a couple of weeks i plan on getting a new 3ds xl or new 2ds xl
and i want to transfer my games, saves, tickets, nnid, dsiware
I don't want to reinstall the games one by one as it would take forever and so would redumping the games
I noticed one thread on a manual transfer, but i want to put my nnid on the other system without having to unlink or call nintendo https://gbatemp.net/threads/manual-system-transfer-for-saves-content.388033/
Both of the systems are on USA (not sure about the new one but i doubt that its a non-USA region)
I also cannot connect to the internet to do an official system transfer because I have a leaked game, and 11.10.0 is out which (big surprise) broke cfw
if i have to reinstall the games one by one, im okay with it as long as my nnid transfers
i've also heard that o3ds to n3ds ctrtransfers dont work
anyone have any suggestions?

its possible nothing broke and im just assuming
but really why would nintendo release another update so late
probably preparing for the death of spotpass though

okay so some people confirmed that 11.10 doesnt break anything even then i do not want to connect online until june 4th because of the PQ2 leak because i might get banned, or get flagged and then banned like years later because of a late banwave
