Hacking Ctr transfer, HB all 3dsx files crash.

Hey fellas I did a ctr transfer since my 3ds region was jpn, I choose USA and it went perfect the first time. I accidentally started it again, hit b to cancel the beginning and it continued. So I did it once more without touching it. When I tried to run the ctr ticket script it said there was a error with my ctr transfer.

Anyway I turned the 3ds on and there didn't seem to be a issue but whenever I launch HB there was gift wrap app and when I do the download play method I was trying to install FBI and when I click the .3dsx fbi it crashes, I tested other .3dsx and they crash to any idea on how to fix this?
Im on b9s and luma 8.11

That is a option, but any specific reason for crashing? I did a factory reset as well and its still present.

Are you using the most up to date boot.3dsx?

Yes I just went from a9lh to b9s today.
