Homebrew Cthulhu make 3ds crash

Hello. So, I have a little problem. I installed Cthulhu to make a backup of shared icon cache. Well, I failed. After I press button to make this, luma goes into death screen (I'm sure you understand, what I mean). Can you help me, please?
