Hacking CTGP revolution channel install error

Every time I try to install the channel, I get an error -2011.
I have done as it asked and verified that the homebrew channel it up to date, tried restarting the Wii, and I still get the error.
In settings, SD Compatible Mode is enabled, but it being disabled gives the same error.
Does anyone know what I can do to get this to work?

As far as I know, not if you want to run the newest version.
