Hacking CSI Unsolved crimes issue running

ok, from another forum people are stating they are having issues with this game on the supercard DSTwo, i want to know what setup your using and what mode your running it

right now, here is my setup

Firmware: 1.08/Latest Updates
Sandisk 8gb/class 2
running clean mode
patch mode doesn't seem to work with mine

so this way we can compare and see whats causing the issue
