CryTek very pleased with Wii U devkit performance

RAGE will continue this trend, showing the obvious disparity between consoles and PC's in terms of graphics capabilities, it's only going to get worse for console fanboys who pretend to be graphics whores as well.

All it says is that the game runs at 60 FPS, doesn't mean it's running the exact same visual capabilities as the PC version at max settings will. If that happens to be the case, iD finally developed a graphics engine for a game that isn't terribly optimized on both the PC and consoles, which seeing how bad Doom 3's engine was in terms of performance to system requirement ratios when it came out, they need to do something better. The Doom 3 engine looks pretty horrible now compared to the Unreal 3 engine or any of the other independent engines made by various other developers, granted we are talking about 2004 or so when the game came out and technology has changed a lot since then. But then again, RAGE looks good, but I don't think it will be as nearly as advanced graphically as they initially touted it to be when they announced the damn game. Even if it runs at 30 FPS on the PC, it's still going to have better resolutions and better texturing.

Hence why they are now obsolete. They were caught up when they came out, but not anymore.
Uh, obsolete =/= not as good as the PC

Heck, obsolete doesn't always = outdated and obsolete =/= outdone.
