The Final Fantasy based tower defense game Crystal Defenders R1 release last December on the iPhone and last month on japanese WiiWare is already getting a sequel! R2 is coming February 27th to japanese WiiWare with 8 new jobs and power crystals!

No information about the game, or it's predecessor coming to US and Europe right now.

Actually, It was an ipod app first before being ported to iphone.

And about the game, it's a basic tower tower defense game that uses FF tactic's sprites. Though it is very addicting and is a pretty well done game.
