ROM Hack Question Cross-save PS Vita and Nintendo Switch

I'm not sure if this is the correct section to ask about this. But is it possible to cross-save between PS Vita and the Switch? For example, Salt and Sanctuary and Steamworld Dig 2, can i transfer my save from PS Vita to the Nintendo Switch and vice-versa? If it's possible what would i need to do?

There are currently no save converters for PS Vita saves to Switch or save editors for the games you wish to edit.

The only game, afaik, that you would be able to do this with would be Stardew Valley. I think someone confirmed that PC and Switch saves are interchangeable (as long as your PC saves are from 1.2, I don't think consoles have gotten 1.3 yet), while I can confirm PS Vita saves and PC saves are interchangeable. This most likely means you'd be able to use your Stardew Valley save on both the Switch and Vita.
