I decided to start pre-workout creatine for its many nigh-magical (supposed) benefits to the human organ but mostly for the workout boosting claims.
Do you have any experience with creatine, in any capacity, ever? Words of wisdom, warning, whatever?
From my limited experience with creatine, back from that one time I used some store-brand pre-workout mix as a cheap source of caffeine (seriously, it was orders of magnitude cheaper than energy drinks), it makes my sack itch, but not much else.
