ROM Hack Create your own Action Replay codes

Is there a way to create your own action replay codes. A software or something or somebody point me the right way to find what I'm looking for.

Welcome newcomer. This is the correct forum. I personally don't know how to do it. But I do know that there is the ACTION REPLAY TRAINER TOOLKIT that was released that allows you to make your own codes and such. Maybe you could check that out.

I've been thinking about the idea and the only thing I could think of right now is to compare game saves and start playing with the changes made. But that's only an idea. The action replay triner kit well I don't want to buy as of now unless I don't have another option.

Ok since there isn't a way to do it. Than is there a way to modify save file. Just like the Pokesav but for other games.
