Hacking Crashing when loading Mem Stick [TN-V]

I was just trying to load a CSO, and some homebrew, and in my experience, the method I was using always worked. But when I go to the Memory Stick option on Games, TN-V locks up and crashed, giving me an error. (C1-2858-3)

It was that I had a Zip in it. Remember to never leave a zip in the memory stick! TN-V Likes to kill itself when you do that. xD
