Hacking crapinstaller - install wads without CIOS

put your wad as crap.wad on the sd card.
don't try this with IOS as it will try to delete the old title (for downgrades).
not 100% sure if it works. add to the meta.xml if not wiiload.

Actually, that's quite unlikely too. You'd still need to have a fair amount of knowledge to write a malicious app without a patched IOS. It'd still need to do basically the same as a WAD installer, so if he could make a bricker, he could make a WAD installer (and vice versa).
