Hey, i downloaded a file with a password on it, problem is it didnt tell me the password >.< is there anyway to crack it?

If it's a long password and doesn't use a standard dictionary, it could take days/weeks to brute force it. Brute forcing it is only useful if it's short, or a simple alpha/numerical password. You'd be better off getting the file elsewhere if you can.
