Hacking Could this file be corrupted or broken ?

I just downloaded the game Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Wintergames for DS on my 3DS R4 card. The problem with this game is that some letters disappeared or cut out somehow, that's not the only problem a small part of the lower screen sometimes looks like it's cut in half
