Could NSW2U get revived?

A while back a certain website which hosts recordings of adult webcam streams got its domain name seized. A few weeks later it came back with a different domain name and now it's almost like nothing had ever happened. Could the same thing happen with NSW2U?

It all depends on whether the owners were arrested as well.
The days that pirates would be using their own servers is long gone.
Even pirates use hosting and cloud services.

Yes but they have to use different domain name and don't use US based domain.

Like @linuxares said about ru would be one of them and it is very unlikely to see the West and Russia to normalize the relationship for long time, so Nintendo will have a hard time to stop the piracy if it is based in Russia.
