i got banned for spamming to level up anyways

hi guys i need help with this error "Could not start the software please try again from the home menu" i get it whenever im trying to open up a game this whole thing happened due to me probabbly downloading a firmware update wrong, a person previously posted a link to a noobfree guide on how to propertly update maybe they see this post again that stuff didint work posting it again because well i havent found a solution yet
also to clarify

newest sigpatches
newest atmosphere
newest hekate
newest firmware

also i think its a saves issue because any game i downloaded after this whole thing happen work fine its only the games that had a save earlier dunno if this helps with anything but still

Kæreste atmosphere doesn't support kip patches anymore so if you use fusee.bin as payload some of your games won't work. Even I'd you use Hekate but then use fusee.bin to boot HOS from hekate it will not work.

You have several options to solve it
Use fss0 boot method in Hekate
Use modified fusee.bin
Use sys-patch as alternative to sigpatches
