Homebrew Could not start application with tinfoil

I am running atmosphere 0.10.5 on my 9.1.0 switch and I just installed the HPG tinfoil shop and when I press on the "tinfoil installer" it displays a message that says "Could not start software".

I have a FAT32 formatted 256 gb micro sd card
