Hacking Corruption, code dumps and games that worked once

Well, this is my big problem right now, as I am sure that it is everyone else's. My problem is that God Father which worked previously is no showing code dumps. I've heard that this is because the Wii format is new and doesn't allocate memory properly after a new game install, and the game install goes on top of a currently installed game, which erases part of your previous game. It's getting really annoying. Is there any fix out there. I saw one that "holds" the place even though it's deleted. How does that work? It almost seems useless because you need that area to install more games, essentially mooting the issue. What can I do to fix this? Is someone working on this. It's very annoying,,,the only fix I found is to reinstall the game on to the hard drive, but them another game acts up...it's like whack-o-mole.
