Hacking Corrupted save data

Hello everyone,im new here.Recently i started using a hacked ps vita and the first game that i started playing is digimon world cyber sleuth.Few days ago all of a sudden when i tried to save it says save data is corrupted on all 3 slots.
I can't save to cloud because the vita is linked to the previous owners account,and the sad part is that i played like 5h+ while puting the vita on sleep.
I found this "put console to showcase 12-hours format in settings and the list.dat change,tho i dont know if i can do it while the game is opened.
So what i am asking is there any way to fix it while not exiting the game?Thanks in advance.

You wont be able to save until you reboot the console.
To avoid the issue dont use vitamin/mai dumps of games, use nonpdrm.
