After restoring my emuNAND, all of my games have corrupted save data. Even if I backup my save data with SDF before restoring my emuNAND and then import my save data afterwards, it's still corrupted. Is there a way around this aside from restoring all of my saves to the original cart?

Delete the saves' secure value in SDF. This only applies with Pokemon games and a handful of others, so I'll assume you only checked/have games that uses the secure value.

Otherwise, I have no idea, since that's not supposed to happen.

Thank you very much, this fixed my issue. It's too bad that SDF doesn't have a batch option for this.
