Hacking Corrupted my emuMMC after extracting from PC, pkg1 error when launching.

Hello guys, hope y’all doing ok.

I was going to install Lan Switch mitm package using a computer and an usb adapter.
After reinserting the SD card on the Switch I can no longer load the emuMMC.
I extracted the SD without safe exit but no I/O was going on apparently...

Things I’ve tried:

1. Delete the ltm_mitm files I previously included.
2. Use ‘Transfer EmuMMC’ tool to repair the .ini
3. Activate Log Info before booting through EmuMMC​

Before activating log error:

“Unknown pkg1 version. Is emuMMC corrupt? Failed to launch HOS!”​

After activating log error:

“Initializing...
Found pkg1 (‘n.ah62d4rv4ge8’)
Unkown pkg1 version...”​

Switch Info
Sysnand - 4.1.0 (I use Caffeine but RCM Exploit is available)
SD Card - 128 GB with a partition based EmuMMC
EmuMMC - 9.2.0

Edit: I still have the emuMMC/RAW/ folder, if I can’t repair the emuMMC could I salvage my game data from it?
Edit 2: Seems like the partition was reformated when I connected it to the computer
