corrupted files

yesterday my emuMMC was working well but today when i tried to load it i got
error while loading fss0
atmosphere/fusee-secondary.bin wrong ini cfg or missing/corrupt files failed to boot HOS

and apparently this happens even if i try to load cfw - sysMMC but it the regular nintendo menu loads well

how would i go around fixing this and what exactly would i have to do?
would i have to start over with all my games and saves?

i recently updated sigpatches and a couple of other things through the aio updater in case that's important

been following this post https://gbatemp.net/threads/error-while-loading-fss0-pls-help.602595/ and i do have fusee-secondary.bin part but it doesn't really mention what to do with it, ill try deleting for now

still not working, i tried to remove the fusee-secondary.bin from the line but i guess that was useless

i also tried downloading the atmosphere zip from their github and replacing the files i was using before

When you update, be sure to check out the changes and not just go blindly about it next time.
From atmosphere's github...

Please be sure to update fusee when upgrading to 1.2.3. fusee-primary no longer exists, and will not work any more.
Please Note: various components were renamed (fusee-primary.bin -> fusee.bin, fusee-secondary.bin -> package3).

Change your hekate cfg accordingly.
