Hacking Corrupt microSD's

I've now managed to corrupt 2 micro cards in about 2 weeks, Never had this problem with other Carts, obviously I doing something wrong. Any ideas? Is there a util that will fix the memory carts? Neither can be formatted, nor read. One is Scandisk and one PQI. Luckly they are still under warranty, however I'd like to prevent further issues. Thanks in advance

What microSD card reader are you using?

Most of the flashcart bunded ones are garbage.

Sandisk and PQI are the media, I was using Sandisk adaptor and once with the ezflash usb/microsd adaptopr, I have been using for month in Camera, Wii, R4 without any problems. Only recently with the use of Ezflash.

Are you using the firmware beta ? Some testers said something about currupted sds with the current beta.

Which EZ flash are you using? There are more than one possibility...
How are you trying to format the SD cards? Try using disk manager (XP) if you haven't. Right click on My Computers, select manage, and then disk management.
