Is there any method to copy saves from original GB/GBC games to a PC? I have a SuperCardSD and a GBA, so is there any software for the SuperCard, or do I have to buy some special equipment?

No chance of the supercard being able to pull it off.
I believe some of the gamesharks of the day allowed this although finding one will require some searching and/or contacts.
There was also some other hardware that could do it (some of which you might even be able to make yourself):
