i need to convert and mp3 to bgm but i have know idea how i have downloaded a load of converters but nun of them have what i need or i have no idea what im doin any way can get someone to convert it for me or a link with specific direction i have a windows an chromebook lap top

Themeplaza has a discord channel dedicated to theming help that could answer your questions (pinned comments).
My recommendation is to just use kame-editor for all converting needs.
