Hacking Converting SC GBA save

I played Minish cap in my SC but I want to finish it different program (visual game boy), but it does not recognize it.
Any ideas how to do it?
Unless somebody has Visual Gameboy save for minish cap (Castor Wilds)

As I know that the VGBA *.sav file is compatible with SC *.sav file, you can copy SC *.sav file to you computer and rename *.sav file the same as *.gba file, such as mario.gba should have a mario.sav together. Then VGBA can recognize it.
