I already have all of my games and homebrew installed on an exFAT card.
I've read a lot about exFAT corruption, and want to switch to FAT32.

I assume I can't just copy the files off the SD, format it to FAT32, and copy back on, since FAT32 doesn't support files of greater than 4GB in size.
Is there any easy way to do this other than formatting my SD and then reinstalling all of my games from scratch?

Thanks in advance!

I did exactly that!
I had a 128 GiB SD card on extFAT and then i bought a 200 GiB SD card and that is on FAT32.
Then i copied the files from on card to the other one.
Everything is working fine ;)

So short answer you can copy from extFAT to FAT32 (there are only some games that re not working i read ..... but i don't know which ones)

I'm also moving from a 128GiB exFAT to a 200GiB FAT32, what a coincidence.
Thanks for the info, I'll go move them over now!
