Hacking convert EZflash IV saves to AK2 save

I just got AK2 and I was using EZflash iV (slot2) with my DS lite. The save are in 256K and 512K. The AK2 save seem to be in 512K. Do I need to convert EZIV save to AK2 save before I can use it? What program or how to I convert these saves.
