Homebrew Controller Setup for Metroid Prime 3

Hello. I'm playing MP 3 in Dolphin emulator, using a PS3 controller (emulating X360 pad), using this setup:

The controls are okay, but when i changed the in-game controls settings to "advance" the screen cursor just keep pointing down. Anyone knows a solution?
