Controller for no lag playing marvel vs capcom collection

Anyone else get input lag when using pro controller? Know of any controllers that don't lag?

Docking your joycons to the Switch would be the option with the least lag.
Wireless connections always do have some lag.

It also seems to be possible to connect a Pro controller in a wired mode to the Switch.

This might even work without the docking station and a USB-C-C cable to plug it right into the console itself.
Even a 2~3 meter USB cable should be no problem.

Update
IT worked. I don't know how I overlooked this. I guess I'm going to need a longer cable cause I can't sit that close to a 77 inch tv playing the game.
