- Extract the the files with 7-Zip, Winrar or any other software you've, and place them in PCSX2 folder: textures\SLUS-21142\replacements (I recommend to use SSD)
- Enable Load Textures from Settings => Graphics => Texture Replacement Tab => Mark Load Textures
