Ps: Only if you want to manually (use pc vision ChoiDujour)upgrade/downgrade your firmware you needs them other why you can Ignore it.

that comment made my day you sound like an 9 year old imo anyways i would refrain from asking again (in that way) you don't wanna get banned do you?, but the main function for us as pirates ...er users allow us to convert raw cartridge dumps (XCI) to something installable to the NAND/SD card (NSP) for those w/o SXOS (which can read XCI's natively)

That’s ok I was confused I was told to follow a tut For backing my nand up with it in it
I thought I need it to decrypt my nand to restore. Thx for explaining
