Hacking Considering switching to another Chip... (Suggestions?)

Hi.
I'm considering switching mod-chip due to the fact that WiiKey's creators may not make an update for their chip as they seem to have vanished off the face of the planet.

What is the next best chip? I know WiiKey was the best, and maybe one day will once again be the best. But I want the original SSBB to work and not be like "What will I do if it doesn't work" with original games in the future...

I'm waiting right now for an update, I know it wont be within 24-48hours, but if its not here by the 25th, I'm going to switch chip and get a switch installed, just in case.

What type of chip is there that supports the DL SSBB and even the original copy of SSBB, has Region Free built in, and has a provider that does update it when there is a problem?

I've heard good thing about Yaosm, but I thought I'd ask you guys!

OpenWii sounds like it gets the job done.

I think I'll consider a swap if no updates in a month.

cyclowiz...has a dedicated team behind it. Has a disable function, has the ability to install other firmwares onto the chip just incase something better comes out.

CycloWiz is defiantly the best out, but the team has stopped manufacturing the chips... I have no idea why, I wish they would work on it some more...

I'd go with yaosm. The author Bell seems to be dedicated to it more than any other team is to any other chip.

also I believe that yaosm in combination with wlip is a completely solderless solution. I'm not sure about wlip though it seems to be hit and miss for people.
