It does? On their website, it says they support up to firmware 10.7. I asked around and people said that your original 3DS must be on 9.2 or lower and 10.7 is the emunand that gateway supports.

They only make a new launcher.dat for a new update, if the update breaks their Select menu. In this case, 11.0 didn't break it so they didn't need to make a new one especially for it.

ok just do what I say-
1. boot into gateway mode
2. go to system settings
3. update like normal from there

my friend has GW and he confirmed thats what he does...
it will update your emunand (gateway emunand) to version 11.x
